Seedhi सीढ़ी

Homework help that knows when to stop helping

Seedhi सीढ़ी

A homework companion for CBSE classes 1–12 that refuses to hand over the answer and teaches your child to reach it instead.

Get started

01 · The problem

Homework can look finished when the learning is not.

A child photographs thirty questions, copies thirty answers, and closes the book. The homework is complete. They have learned nothing.

Their marks may hold for a while. Then the exam begins, the phone is not allowed, and the gap appears. Seedhi is built to protect the difficult few minutes when a child is stuck—because that is where learning can still happen.

02 · How it works

One question. Five levels. No automatic climb.

Every move up the ladder is a fresh choice by the child. Seedhi gives the smallest hint that might get them moving again.

Step 5 of 5
Full solution
  1. Restate and ask

Seedhi rephrases the question and asks, “What have you tried?”

    Every question starts here

  2. Name the concept

It names the idea the child needs, without doing the work for them.

The child asks for this hint

  3. Show the method

It explains the approach, but never performs the arithmetic.

The child asks for this hint

  4. Work an analogous problem

It solves a similar problem with different numbers, then returns to the child’s question.

The child asks for this hint

  5. Give the full solution

The complete worked answer is available only after the child has made a real attempt.

Locked until an attempt is recorded

Level 4 opens only after an attempt is recorded. Every opening is reported to the parent.

03 · What the parent sees

Not only whether they got it right, but how much help it took.

Seedhi will show how far up the ladder your child had to climb, topic by topic. A tick-or-cross gradebook cannot tell you whether fractions needed one small prompt or a complete worked solution. The ladder can.

That gives you a clearer, calmer place to begin a conversation: where your child is working independently, and where they may need you or their teacher.

04 · Honest status

Seedhi is in development.

The product is being built and tested now. The learning approach, privacy safeguards, and parent experience still need real-world validation before Seedhi can make broader claims. We will say what works when we can verify it.
